Account Specialist (Las Vegas, NV)
MoveDocs is seeking an Account Specialist to join our growing Servicing team. This is a heavy account management role responsible for communicating directly with clients to assist them with their needs. Whether tech support on our MoveDocs website, or an inquiry regarding one of their accounts, this position will function as the primary point of communication with our attorney and medical provider clients. MoveDocs takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.
Facilitator (Las Vegas, NV)
MoveDocs is seeking a Facilitator to join our growing Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service to various parties within the medical and legal community. This position will function as the primary point of communication with our clients to stay up to date on existing cases and answer client questions. Payoff Specialist (Las Vegas, NV)
MoveDocs is looking for a highly responsive, goal-oriented Payoff Specialist who will bring energy, expertise, and drive to impact financial and customer experience results within our Negotiations and Collections Team. This role is responsible for assessing complex cases, enabling collaborative win/win settlement outcomes with law firms, and exhibiting decision-making that ensures targeted performance results. The successful candidate is a subject matter expert in advancing Customer/Partner Experience, Operational Performance, Negotiations and Collections strategies and can enact identified performance improvement recommendations. The qualified candidate will be expected to directly manage a dynamic portfolio of assigned cases, act as a back-up for Team Members away from their desk or out of the office and deliver exceptional customer experience results while driving to identified performance targets. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations/Collections & Negotiation.
Records Coordinator (Remote/Las Vegas, NV)
MoveDocs is seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing Record Management team. This role will report directly to the Manager, Records Management. The Records Coordinator is responsible for proactively maintaining and coordinating documents, executing intakes, faxing orders, and reconciling Excel reports.
